| Ballard Construction was founded in 1989 to do commercial construction and development work. Since then, we have become well known in Montgomery and surrounding counties as quality builders. Our in-house capabilities include sitework, concrete and steel construction.
Our approach is to combine the talents, expertise, and working knowledge of many specialists (designers, estimators and project managers) to provide our clients with quality, turn-key projects. Our management team will handle all aspects of a project or assignment from its original idea to the finished project.
Ballard Construction provides management and consulting services including all aspects of pricing, design, budgeting, scheduling and technical support. In plan preparation and approval, we prepare bidding plans, specifications, supervise bid and vendor selection, coordinate vendor services and supervise the various subcontractors' participation in completion of our clients' projects.
